Brandon built Evolved Athlete to help active people make sense of persistent, shifting, or confusing pain without relying on guesswork. His work combines nervous-system-informed training, movement, and recovery so people can reduce flare-ups, rebuild confidence, and get back to doing more of what matters.

  • Former two-time national champion and All-American linebacker who has lived the cost of high performance on the body.
  • Holds a Master's in Kinesiology with a focus on orthopedic rehab and corrective exercise.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and education. Brandon helps you understand your patterns, your nervous system, and the levers you can pull in day-to-day life. He does not diagnose, treat disease, or replace your doctor or therapist.

If medical or therapeutic care is the right next step, he will say so clearly and help you think about how coaching could fit around that—not instead of it.

Do I have to be an elite athlete?

No. “Athlete” here means anyone who cares about how they move through life. Brandon works with competitors, founders, parents, creatives, and people who simply want their body and brain to feel less like a limitation.

What happens on the first call?

The free Insight Call is about understanding you, not fitting you into a template. You'll walk through your history, current symptoms, and daily demands, and define what “better” would actually look like in your life.

Together you'll outline a 100-day style plan and decide whether 1:1 or hybrid coaching makes sense—or whether another path would serve you better.

How many sessions do people usually do?

It depends on your goals and how complex your situation is. Some people work together for a focused 8–12 week sprint around a specific problem. Others prefer ongoing support as they move through bigger health or performance changes.

You'll talk openly about timelines and budget so you can choose an approach that feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.

Can I work with you if I’m already seeing a doctor or therapist?

Yes. Many clients are already under medical or therapeutic care. Coaching focuses on how you apply what you're learning, adjust your daily inputs, and experiment with movement, recovery, and workload in a way your nervous system can actually handle.
