21-Day Breakout Program ($197) | Evolved Athlete
Pain is data—not destiny.

21 days to pain relief that actually holds.

For highly-driven lifelong athletes who built successful lives but lost their body, energy, and identity along the way.

A step-by-step plan for persistent, shifting, or confusing pain. Find what brings relief, learn why it works, keep it working.

I'm Brandon Day — 2× national champion, All-American linebacker, M.S. Kinesiology. Years of chronic pain from football injuries. Applied neurology resolved it in weeks. This is the system I now teach.

Week 1: Downshift Week 2: Restore Week 3: Integrate

"Multiple doctors, a neurologist, a clean bill of health — and the pain kept going. Since working with Brandon, the chronic pain I had been dealing with for years has disappeared. I still affectionately call it 'snake oil' — but it's the only thing that worked."

C

Claire

Software engineer, tech entrepreneur

"I had done a year of physical therapy across three different clinics, yoga, therapeutic massage. Nothing lasted. A month into Brandon's drills I went from couldn't-sit-for-dinner to driving across states with no pain and starting to run again."

J

Julie

Author, equestrian athlete

"Woke up in pain, 7–8, so I did my drills three different times in an hour and am at a 1 or 2 now. In the past, I would have stretched my hamstrings and it might have brought it down to a 4–5. Prom for my son tonight."

B

Barry

Recurring back flare-ups

"Burnout four years ago, then three years of chronic fatigue after it. I've been doing neuro training — worked on fatigue and insomnia. Noises don't bother me anymore. I'm making music again."

K

Kerstin

Burnout + chronic fatigue, 7 years

"With runs, getting a left calf cramp situation. I stopped, did some pMRF, did some visual stuff and vestib — and the pain was gone. Three runs in this week."

Results not typical. Individual outcomes vary based on consistency, starting point, and adherence.

Watch notes (what to listen for):

  • You'll use test → drill → retest to stop guessing.
  • Better/worse/same becomes your filter for what to keep.
  • The outcome is repeatable change + a maintenance plan.

This is for you if…

Your pain is persistent, shifting, or doesn't match the story (imaging, PT, etc.).

You've been told "nothing structurally wrong" but you're still stuck.

Stress, sleep, workload, or uncertainty changes symptoms more than mechanics.

You want a plan you can follow without overthinking or guessing.

This is not for you if…

Recent trauma/injury, loss of strength, numbness that's worsening, fever, unexplained weight loss, bowel/bladder changes, severe worsening night pain → seek medical evaluation first.

Not sure if this is right for you?

Check the statements that apply and see where you should start.

Why nothing has stuck yet

  • PT, chiro, massage didn't last. They worked on where it hurts. Your nervous system was still reading unsafe.

  • "Just rest" made it worse. Rest doesn't calm the threat — it just removes the signal that something needs to change.

  • The specialist carousel keeps spinning. Each expert solved their piece. No one looked at the whole system.

The Breakout changes the system, not the symptom.

This isn't "random drills." It's a signal-finding system.

Pain often behaves like a threat response more than a damage report. The fastest progress comes from changing the inputs your system uses to decide whether you're safe.

Every day you'll run a short practice, then retest a repeatable movement. Better/worse/same tells us what your nervous system responds to.

1

Downshift

Reduce threat and reactivity

2

Restore

Rebuild capacity + mapping

3

Integrate

Return to training/life with a maintenance plan

Plus: three bonus protocols

Situational protocols included with the program. Reach for them when you need them — during flare-ups, on the road, or when you're ramping training back up.

Flare-up Protocol

A 5-minute reset for when symptoms spike. Reduce sensory load, fuel your system, integrate movement — and get back on track without spiraling.

Travel Protocol

Keep your nervous system regulated and your training on track when you're away from home. Built for flights, time zones, and unfamiliar beds.

Resuming Training

A structured way to bring lifting, running, or higher-intensity work back after pain. Distinguish pain from discomfort, follow the pre-training primer, progress safely.

How the relief unfolds

1

Week 1

You'll find 1–3 tools that bring you real relief — and the data to prove which ones are actually working.

2

Week 2

Relief that holds through harder days — with more range, more control, less fear it'll flare.

3

Week 3

A repeatable plan to keep the relief, and a clear way back to training when you're ready.

How I got here

I played linebacker at Carroll College — two-time All-American, two national championships, Sports Illustrated cover in 2007. I also played through pain for most of my career. Every athlete does.

What I didn't expect was that the pain would outlast the career. Years after football, I was still dealing with chronic back, neck, and knee pain. PT, chiropractors, rest — nothing stuck. When your identity is built on what your body can do, that's not just a physical problem.

Applied neurology was the missing piece. It works on the nervous system, not the tissue. Once I understood the mechanism, 20+ years of chronic pain resolved in a few weeks.

I've been teaching this system ever since. The Breakout is the structured version: the same foundations that worked for me, packaged so you can work through them yourself.
