My Journey

My passion for helping people heal their bodies and brains comes from years of contact sports. As a two-time National Champion and All-American Linebacker at Carroll College, I experienced firsthand the physical and mental demands of elite performance. Our team won national titles in 2005 and 2007, and I was elected captain in my senior season of 2008.

In 2007, a photograph from our championship game was chosen for the cover of Sports Illustrated's Year in Pictures—a surreal moment that represented years of dedication and teamwork. But what truly shaped my path was what came after: stepping away from competitive sports and facing the reality of pain, identity shifts, and performance struggles.

Through my own experience with chronic pain and the search for sustainable performance, I found how deeply connected the nervous system, movement, and mental states really are. That led me to a Master's in Kinesiology focused on orthopedic rehab and corrective exercise, and to intensive mentorships in applied neuro training and the neurobiology of flow states.

Today, I work with entrepreneurs and athletes who face similar battles—chronic pain, plateaus, and the pressure to operate at a high level every day. My approach blends neuroscience with strength and conditioning, using flow states to help you build a body and nervous system that can actually support the life you want.
