What We’ll Cover in 90 Minutes

Here’s how the Dec 19, 2025, 10am PT workshop will flow:

  • 0–15 minutes — Map your current load

    Quick check-in on where burnout is showing up now: sleep, training, work, and relationships. You’ll get a simple snapshot of your system’s current load.

  • 15–35 minutes — Find your primary burnout driver

    Using the 6 classic burnout triggers, we’ll identify which one is hitting you hardest and how it shows up in your calendar, commitments, and self-talk.

  • 35–65 minutes — Nervous-system drills & micro-interventions

    Brandon will teach nervous-system tools you can use in under 5 minutes: breath and movement resets, “pressure valve” routines, and ways to dial down threat without losing performance.

  • 65–80 minutes — Design your 7-day reset plan

    You’ll plug what you’ve learned into a small, realistic plan for the next week — specific changes to workload, recovery, and boundaries based on your trigger.

  • 80–90 minutes — Live Q&A + hot seats

    Ask questions, get coaching on your plan, and hear how other high performers are applying this in real life.
