Fit Check

Is this pain & performance coaching a fit for you?

Brandon’s coaching is built for people who expect a lot from themselves and are tired of their body and brain being the bottleneck. You don’t have to be a current competitor, but you do have to care about how you show up.

This is a good fit if:

  • You’re dealing with persistent pain, weird symptoms, or flare-ups that don’t match your scans or lab results.
  • You’re dragging through the day on poor sleep, brain fog, or energy crashes that make it hard to trust yourself.
  • You’ve “done the things” — PT, chiro, strength work, breathwork, mindset work — and still feel like something isn’t clicking.
  • You love your work, sport, or mission, but you’re starting to wonder what happens if your body doesn’t cooperate.
  • You’re willing to experiment, track, and adjust as long as the plan respects your real constraints (schedule, family, stress, demands).

This is not a fit if:

  • You want a quick fix without changing anything in your life.
  • You’re looking for a diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical clearance.
  • You’re not ready to be honest about load, stress, or habits that are clearly part of the problem.

If you’re somewhere between “still functional, but worried” and “this is getting scary,” you’re in the right place. You’re exactly who the free Insight Call was designed for.

How it works

The 100-day sprint

Most people don’t need another open-ended coaching relationship. They need focused work on the right levers for a long enough period that their nervous system can actually adapt.

Brandon works in 100-day sprints so you can commit, execute, review, and decide what’s next—without signing up for an open-ended relationship.

  1. 1

    Map Your System

You look at pain, symptoms, sleep, stress, training, and work together. Brandon wants the whole picture: where you’re overloaded, where you’re under-challenged, and what “better” actually means to you.

You leave with a shared map of pain, energy, and performance drivers you can both reference.

  2. 2

    Run Nervous-System–Friendly Experiments

Instead of blowing up your life, you make targeted changes: micro-drills, position changes, load tweaks, sleep and stress levers, environment shifts. The aim is to lower unnecessary threat and build capacity you can actually use.

You leave each week with 1–3 specific experiments to run instead of a giant, overwhelming plan.

  3. 3

    Track, Adjust, Repeat

Each week, you review what happened: pain levels, performance, sleep, stress, and life realities. Then you adjust the plan. No guilt, just data.

You track simple metrics and make weekly adjustments so you’re never guessing about what’s working.

  4. 4

    Integrate and Decide

At the end of 100 days, you look at what changed and what still needs work. From there, you either roll into another sprint, move to a lighter-touch option, or go self-led with periodic check-ins.

You make a clear decision at day 100: continue, shift to a lighter-touch option, or go self-led.

No indefinite contracts

What you leave with after 100 days

By the end of a 100-day sprint, you’ll have a clearer picture of what’s actually driving your pain, energy, and performance.

  • A map of the key drivers behind your pain, energy, and performance.
  • 1–3 proven drills and strategies that reliably move the needle for you.
  • Simple metrics so you’re not guessing about what&rsquos working.
  • A realistic 3–6 month plan that fits your actual life, not an ideal week.

From there, you decide whether to start another sprint, shift to a lighter-touch option, or go self-led. The question at the end is always:

“Is this working for you and is it worth continuing?”

Next step

What happens on a free Insight Call

This 15 minute free Insight Call is where you and Brandon figure out if working together makes sense—and if so, in what way.

  • Talk through what’s going on: pain, symptoms, performance issues, and life load.
  • Clarify what you want to be able to do again in the next 100 days.
  • Identify the biggest leverage points: nervous system, movement, sleep, stress, environment.
  • Sketch a rough 100-day plan and what it would require from you.

By the end of the call, you’ll understand what’s going on, see what the next 100 days could look like, and know whether working with Brandon makes sense—and at what level.

If it feels like a fit on both sides, Brandon will recommend Standard, Premium, or VIP, a realistic start date, and what “success” would look like at the end of your first sprint. If it’s not a fit, he’ll say so and point you toward the most useful next step he can.

Not sure which option is right?

That’s what this call is for.

We’ll look at your goals, time, and budget and decide together whether Standard, Premium, or VIP makes the most sense—or if it’s not the right time at all.

No pressure to say yes on the call.

Coaching FAQ

Do I have to be in constant pain to work with you?

No. Some clients are in daily pain; others are still "functional" but worried about where things are heading. The common thread is that your body or brain has become a bottleneck and you want a smarter plan before it gets worse.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

That’s normal. The 100-day sprint is built around your real weeks, not an idealized routine. Together you choose experiments, drills, and changes that can flex with travel, launches, family demands, and flare-ups.

The goal is consistency you can actually keep, not perfection.

How is this different from PT or traditional coaching?

This is nervous-system–centered coaching. Instead of just chasing symptoms or pushing harder, you look at how load, stress, movement, and recovery all land on your system and adjust the inputs.

Brandon does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or replace your doctor, PT, or therapist. Nervous-system coaching can sit alongside medical care and rehab to support the work you’re already doing.

What happens after the first 100 days?

You’ll review what changed, what still needs work, and what kind of support makes sense next. Some people roll into another sprint, some shift to a lighter-touch option, and some go self-led with periodic check-ins.

You’re never locked into something indefinite—the question is always whether the coaching is still truly useful.

Is this online or in-person coaching?

Coaching with Brandon is delivered remotely via secure video and messaging. It’s online pain and performance coaching you can do from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

If you also work with in-person providers like PTs or trainers, Brandon will coordinate where appropriate so your nervous-system coaching and local care work together.

Can I use insurance, HSA, or FSA for this coaching?

Brandon doesn’t bill insurance directly and this work is not coded as medical treatment. Most clients treat it as an out-of-pocket investment in their health and performance.

Some people choose to use HSA or FSA funds for coaching, but you’ll need to confirm what your specific plan allows.

In real life

What this can look like

Every nervous system is different, and Brandon doesn’t promise magic fixes. But here are a few snapshots of what can happen when pain and performance are addressed together:

Founder with chronic back pain

“I was running my company from a chair I hated, on 4–5 hours of broken sleep, with back pain that flared every time stress spiked. In 100 days, we reduced my pain from a daily 7/10 to 2–3/10, I went from waking up 4 times a night to once, and I can now sit, stand, or walk while working without constantly thinking about my back.”

Former athlete with “mystery” symptoms

“I had weird, migrating pain and fatigue that no one could really explain. I’d bounced between providers and started feeling like I was broken. Working with Brandon, we found a few key drills and load changes that calmed things down. I still have work to do, but I’m training consistently again and I don’t feel fragile.”

Competitive athlete with game-day issues

“I could crush it in practice but fell apart under pressure. We focused less on ‘mental toughness’ and more on my nervous system and pre-game state. I now have a simple pre-competition plan that gets me into the right gear reliably. My performances finally match what I know I can do.”

If you see yourself in any of these, it’s worth a conversation.
